Invigorating and Relaxing Sessions

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is one of the ‘soft’ martial arts developed by the ancient Chinese. It is practised increasingly in the West as a means of stress management and exercise. Tai Chi is a series of slow, controlled movements or postures, usually practised outdoors to take advantage of the surrounding energy of nature. The regular practice of Tai Chi is said to strengthen and improve your well-being and mind-set. According to scientific studies, Tai Chi is an effective healing tool for a range of disorders, particularly stress related conditions.

'Untying the Knots' Corporate Massage
Clear the mind, inspire, motivate and recharge the body to provide clearer thinking. Massage therapists provide dynamic corporate seated massages of the neck, scalp, shoulders, back and arms. It is performed oil free, fully clothed and in a ergonomic chair. Normally these massages are conducted in 15 minute intervals - however longer sessions are available if required. There is also available a menu of other body treatments including therapeutic, hot stone, salt glow massages, some combined with facials.

Brain Gym & Ice Breakers
Energise your brain ready for the day ahead.  Using psychological stimulation, you can get your team focused and prepared for the conference or workshops ahead.  Including quick, visual, auditory and hands on exercises, indoors or outdoors,  to enhance learning and focus, your team will benefit from the session before, during or after your conference or workshop.  Exercises can also be used as an introduction to ‘set the tone’ of the day/s ahead and break down barriers making it easier to meet and bond your team quickly and efficiently.

Yoga
Yoga benefits your mind, your body, and your spirit. It is the perfect all round exercise. It is one of the oldest forms of exercise, going back more than 5,000 years. If something lasts this long there must be a good reason for it. Yoga focuses on the mind body connection. When your mind is stressed and tense, then so is your body. When your body is relaxed and balanced it has a similar effect on your mind. The benefit of yoga has a positive effect on your life long after you have put your mat away. Yoga can help you learn to live in a more peaceful and balanced way.
