The Holy Grail
Even though we work in different departments, in different offices across the city, state or country, we are still aiming for the same common goal of the one company. Participants must navigate their way through a series of challenges using physical, mental and creative abilities on their quest for the Holy Grail.

 

 

 

Aimed to encourage communication, leadership, innovation & problem solving skills, this activity will keep your group talking for a long time after. The team’s objective is to firstly search & find the necessary equipment needed to construct a ‘ vessel’ that needs to not only float – but also race and beat your opponents across the lake. 

 

 

 

Indiana Jones meets “Thunderbird park”. Come and meet your wild side in this rainforest adventure, set to excite motivate and ignite the wild side in us all !! Your objective is to search and find a set of clues in the “Lost Park” with groups challenging each other in a race around Thunderbird Park collecting the these clues and completing some fun adventure challenges which are based on the theme of the Indiana Jones movie.

 

 

Top Gun
Teams must compete to become the ‘best of the best’.  Activities include archery and the leap of faith – jumping from a suspended platform onto a trapeze, and other initiative activities.  The ‘best of the best’ winning team is awarded a trophy.

 

 

 

Laser Clay is a sport which can be enjoyed by anyone. Players use a modified shotgun to fire an infra-red beam at clays which are launched from a trap. When the player hits the target, their score is automatically entered on the electronic scoreboard. For groups of any size, this activity is tremendous fun; it is totally safe and environmentally friendly.

 

 

This program is to send your team on a competitive and physical challenge that has a strong emphasis on team building and delegation skills giving your team the opportunity to get down and dirty on the commando mud course! The Mission is suitable for low to medium level fitness and is suitable for all ages.

 

 

 

Explore some of Australia’s most scenic rainforest while effortlessly gliding on a Segway. Our authorised tours meet the highest standards for providing guests with a safe, memorable but most of all “fun” experience. Our highly trained staff will provide a full safety brief and training on the Segway to ensure everyone is comfortable and knows how to operate the machine safely.

 

 

The ultimate in friendly competition and world class fun! Your teams can battle it out in the new age Olympic challenge on Segways. This event is a great test of skill and team work. Completing a variety of obstacle courses and team games, groups will compete against each other in Olympic style events in order to complete the course first and with the least amount of discrepancies.

 

 

Thunderbird Park has revolutionised the game of Croquet taking it to a whole new level in the new millennium! We have up-sized this great game, to enable teams to manoeuvre giant size balls through a giant size hoop using the Segway as their mallets.

 

 

 

 Survivor
Disaster has struck!  Your plane has plummeted to the ground!  All of your supplies and equipment have been scattered.  Teams must find these to escape.  Survival will not be easy – prepare to be challenged mentally, physically and creatively.  Raft building is an important element as a necessary piece of equipment has been located in the middle of Lake Thunder!

 

 

Orienteering
Teams must use a compass, map and bearings to navigate their way through Thunderbird Park, stopping at various checkpoints to complete a series of mental, physical and creative challenges.  Orienteering allows the group to use communication, leadership and team building to successfully make their way through checkpoints and arrive back at their base without getting lost along the way!

 

 

Unleash the child within and get ready to strap yourself in for a real life foosball experience! All the fun and challenge of the popular table game, foosball has now been made into a life-size, inflatable, fun activity. Play or watch this game is the ultimate in interactive fun that requires minimal skill for your corporate events and team building exercises.

 

 

Abseiling
Take your team on an adventure overlooking the rainforest valley at Thunderbird Park.  Located at Wallaby Lookout, individuals must abseil down a natural rock wall approximately 15 metres high. Abseiling is a medium level fitness activity and promotes individuals to challenge themselves whilst the team motivates and supports with empathy and encouragement.

 

 

The Thunderbird Triangle
The triple challenge incorporating archery, the leap of faith and the commando mud course. Test your team's straight eye and steady hand in the archery field, then venture to the bush and test your nerves on the leap of faith and finish by losing yourself in the commando mud course.

 

 

 

Horse Trail Rides
Small teams of 10 can meander through Thunderbird Park's expansive property under ancient gums and towering rainforests.  Facilitated by experienced riders, we can tailor a program to suit your objectives and requirements.
