Sylvania Lighting Australasia - Michael Davies (Regional Manager)
I would like to congratulate your staff on the exceptional service that we received from Cedar Creek Lodges, Thunderbird Park yesterday June 6th 2011. We found all the staff to be friendly and attentive, the venue was outstanding and the lunch a delight. The team building rope course was constructive and it was rewarding to see all my team having a go. This combination turned our business review meeting into a success. Thank you for the great service provided and that we will not hesitate to use you again for future events.

Australian Graphic Supplies - Andrew Cox (Conference Organiser)
Thank you to all of the wonderful staff at Cedar Creek Lodges for looking after us all and making our conference the best experience. We first came here in 2008, went somewhere else in 2009 and returned in 2010 - see you in 2011!

National Foods - Barbara Jarrett (Conference Organiser)
I have just returned home from a 4 day stay at Cedar Creek Lodge, along with 50+ others from our organisation. We chose this location as the purpose of our conference was to enjoy our retreat in peaceful and natural surrounds....we certainly achieved this! Location; beautiful natural scenery not too far from the city & coast. Accommodation: the creek lodges are nestled in amongst the trees & have a lovely cosy feel, situated literally on the edge of a beautiful creek running through the rain forest. Each lodge has a small balcony that overlooks the creek and main bedroom with large windows. There is also a variety of rooms (motel style) at the top end of the property that are recently redecorated. The rooms (single & doubles) were lovely & had a shared veranda that was great for everyone to gather together for an afternoon chat (or a nightcap!).Our accommodation was clean & comfortable, we had plenty of fresh linen and hot water...two important requirements as far as I am concerned! Meals: our conference was fully catered and I can honestly say that we were extremely happy with all of the meals during our stay. The variety was excellent, the food was fresh and we had several participants with specific dietary requirements and each one was pleased with the alternate meals provided. The setting is also very pleasant as the dining room is surrounded by beautiful gardens; it was lovely to eat breakfast each morning whilst we watched the birds on the bird feeder etc. Staff; the team at Cedar Creek Lodges really impressed us, they were friendly & professional...no request was too difficult and they fitted in happily with our time frames for meals etc. as well. There were always staff available when we needed something, no hunting for someone to assist. During our stay they catered for a special Aussie themed dinner for us and the Team were extremely good natured with the ‘enthusiastic’ participants in full Aussie regalia, even as we got a little rowdy as the night went on. There was also a wedding taking place on the same night so it was very busy but at no time did we feel we were not attended to. A special mention to Jen who traipsed up & down the hill many times to check if we needed anything and making sure our conference went smoothly. Jen if you happen to read this; you were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we are grateful for your help over the 4 days! Activities; we didn’t have time to participate in the Adventure Park, horse riding or other activities on offer during our stay however several people from our organisation had commented that they had during past visits & comments were positive…the ropes course isn’t for the faint hearted that’s all I can say just from walking past!

Savills Incoll - Diane Hart (Conference Organiser)
Our company has held our annual staff workshop at Cedar Creek Lodges for the past 6 years and the service from all staff is always excellent and the food exceptional. The rooms are a very practical and comfortable and modern layout in a tranquil setting. The location of Tamborine Mountain makes for a very quiet stay in a secluded spot. It's easy to find with ample parking and lots of activities available.
