 The Sanctuary sits majestically above the rainforest clad tumbling waters of beautiful Cedar Creek. The Sanctuary, which has ducted airconditioning and heating, is a stand-alone building and features an open brick fireplace (always lit in the cooler months), bay windows with colonial glass window panels, antique furniture, timber floors and original artworks. It is popular with conferences as it has a welcoming, inspirational and elegant ambience and is secluded yet close to the accommodation and main restaurant, "Rainforest".
All standard conference equipment, including an electronic whiteboard and a state of the art new "Mimio" Digital Whiteboard** (with USB link), as well as a data projector are automatically included in our conference packages.
Lunch and tea breaks are served on the private two-tiered verandah which overlooks spectacular rainforest canopies through to the translucent waters of Cedar Creek.

The Amethyst Room is a lovely large function room, with plenty of natural light. Each window has a beautiful outlook of the natural surrounds of Thunderbird Park.
