An internationally inspired menu created by our team of chefs. Fragrant, inspiring and very tasty! If you are a lover of steak, you'll love our eye fillet served on with oven baked dukkah mushrooms, toasted red capsicum & served on a bed of mash, wilted spinach and a red wine jus. All dietary requirements are accounted for. This menu is served on Friday and Saturday nights in front of a roaring fire in the cooler months and rainforest gardens and rock pools in the warmer months. |
