What is Cedar Creek Lodges doing to enhance cleanliness standards?

During your stay, you will observe more frequent cleaning of high traffic areas like the lobby, restrooms, restaurant etc, as well as enhanced social distancing measures in public spaces. Furthermore, there are multiple sanitisation stations around the venue including liquid sanitiser and sanitiser wipes.

Are there any travel restrictions I should be aware of during this time?

What are my responsibilities as a guest?

We kindly ask all guests to refrain from traveling if they are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, and to advise hotel management immediately if they begin to experience any symptoms whilst on the property.

If I cannot travel due to government restrictions, can I have a refund?

Deposits and payments are non-refundable, however, they are transferable. Should you need to transfer your booking due to local travel restrictions, please contact us and we will postpone your booking to another suitable date. If you don't have a new date in mind, we can simply arrange a credit for any time in the next 12 months.
